Refund policy
1. Order Cancellations
• You may request a cancellation before the order receives a tracking number.
• Approval is not guaranteed if the order is already processing or has shipped.
• A 25 % cancellation fee (based on the item price) applies to cover payment-gateway and handling costs.
• To cancel, email ceo@plainfactor.com or call (407) 218-1994 and include your order number.
2. Returns – 30-Day Window
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery when the item(s):
- are unused, in new condition, with the original shoe box and all tags attached,
- include all accessories and any promotional items received, and
- are shipped back in protective packaging.
Fees & refunds:
- You pay return shipping.
- The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
- A 15 % restocking fee is deducted from the item subtotal.
- We issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Tip: Please video-record the full unboxing, starting before you cut the outer tape. This speeds up any claim for damage or missing items.
3. Size Exchange
• One (1) size exchange per order, requested within the same 30-day period and subject to stock.
• Item must meet the same “like-new” condition as above.
• You cover both return and reship shipping costs and any price difference or sales tax.
• Contact us with the reason and desired size; we’ll confirm availability and send the return address.
4. Returns / Exchanges Not Accepted
- Items outside the 30-day window.
- Signs of wear, odors, stains, removed tags, or damaged shoe box.
- Damage caused by chemicals, heat, moisture, or improper use.
- Non-PLAIN FACTOR items or items missing our QC tag.
- “Final Sale” or promotional items, unless defective.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email ceo@plainfactor.com within 48 hours of delivery. Attach photos/video of the product and shipping box. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund with no fees.
6. How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email ceo@plainfactor.com or call (407) 218-1994.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you’re sending back, and the reason.
- We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the exact return address:
1623 Mirabella Circle, Davenport, FL 33897, USA. - Pack the item securely—ideally in the original shipping carton—and write the RMA on the label.
- Email the return tracking number once shipped.
7. Policy Updates
We may modify this policy at any time. The revised version and effective date will appear on this page.
