Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the item(s) are in their original condition, including the shoe box, and with the PLAIN FACTOR tags still attached. → The buyer will be entitled to a partial refund once the item(s) are returned successfully. → The initial shipping fee is non-refundable, and a restocking fee (15% of the total amount) will be deducted from the refund amount. → The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and the return address will be provided upon return confirmation by our team. Once you have agreed to return the product under our return policy, further amendments will not be accepted. We strongly advise all customers to record their entire unboxing process to serve as a reference point for any potential issues with the received product. Kindly document the entire unboxing process, commencing from the initial stages prior to unsealing the outer packaging. Please contact us before returning any product
