Nike ZoomX Invincible Run Flyknit 3   is the third edition of the men's model of running shoes with maximum cushioning . They offer luxurious softness for the feet, and their purpose is every, even the longest distance . The extremely light ZoomX foam , which is known from racing models such as: Vaporfly or Alphafly, which gives a large elasticity while running.

In 2019, Nike set out to reduce the risk of injury for runners with the launch of the React Infinity Run, which actually did just that. So Nike expanded its line of "safety" shoes with the release of a brand new model, the Nike ZoomX Invincible Run, which joined thus to the Nike Run Fearless project (i.e. running without fear of injury). Before the new model went on sale, it underwent many tests in practice.

Thanks to feedback from hundreds of runners testing the product, a completely new shoe model was created, focusing on ensuring maximum comfort and avoiding the risk of injury.
The new edition has changed the height of the foam, in the latest version it is higher, and thanks to this it provides even better cushioning and comfort . The change in height also affects the design of the shoes - they seem to be slimmer. The construction of the shoes has the shape of a cradle, which in combination with the higher foam provides proper protection for the joints during running, and also gives a greater feeling of softness and fluidity during foot roll. In the new edition, the Flyknit upper has been improved , which will provide more breathability in key areas, it is also more durable. The heel has also been modified and in the next version it has less reinforcement , but it has been more precisely positioned, which not only affects greater comfort, but also better foot support in the shoes. The midsole has been widened to give more certainty of step while running and stability.

However, the mentioned changes in the sole construction inevitably led to an increase in the weight of the shoe, which was avoided by using the innovative, ultra-light ZoomX foam , which provides   in addition, high energy return , thanks to which the runner feels much more springy with each step.
